HOW TO ORDER:

1) Select Canvas Size

2) UPLOAD PHOTO: Upload a photo with high resolution (please upload a full image and not a screenshot of the image).

3) Optional: Add an optional custom text / message on the canvas i.e. Best Dad

4) Select the number of people and or pet faces to be included on the portrait.

5) Optional: Select if you would like to receive a digital file.

6) Optional: Leave notes to Artist / Shop

7) Add to cart and complete check out

8) COMPLIMENTARY PORTRAIT PREVIEW via EMAIL: We'll reach out to you in approximately 1 - 3 business days after ordering with a sample/mockup of the portrait via email. If you would like us to make any changes, you can share your feedback via email within 48 hours of us sending the sample/mockup of the portrait via email.

Reply back to our portrait preview email for us to continue with processing your order.  

What is included in this purchase? The digital watercolor portrait will be printed on the canvas size selected and shipped.

We'll share a sample proof via email prior to finalizing the work; customer must reply within 48h hours of the email if any changes need to be made to the portrait. The proof of the portrait via email is a complimentary service provided and Maple Inspirations does not guarantee this service including due to possibility for any technical issues and or delays with email receipt. 

Photo submitted must be of high resolution original photo. If we find the photo not meeting the resolution quality needed; we will ask for another via email and or phone and or cancel and refund the order. The digital portrait colors and techniques used for the image are at the discretion of the shop's artist and team. We do not guarantee a replication of the photo you provide as the digital watercolor portrait is an artwork itself which is at the discretion of the shop artist. Ship from location will be from the USA. Ship from city, state location with the USA may vary from the listing location depending on where our production assistant is shipping from.

Gift message and gift wrap are not included. We do not guarantee a deliver by date as unexpected delays are possible i.e. during transit.
